da "www.news.com.au" Victoria September 26, 2009 POLICE investigators are examining CCTV footage to determine what started a brawl between 200 teenagers at a suburban shopping centre in Melbourne A 15-year-old boy was rushed to hospital with a stab wound in the chest after the wild brawl broke out in a car park at Highpoint Shopping Centre at Maribyrnong in Melbourne's west at 4.15pm (AEST) yesterday. Some of the youths were armed with knives and umbrellas. No arrests have been made and it is not known what sparked the trouble. When police arrived the youths scattered, Footscray police Sergeant Jacob Bugeja said. He said police spoke to a large number of people milling in the area. The injured youth was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition and was assisting police with their inquiries, he said. No details were available on the boy's condition. Investigators will now view CCTV footage of the brawl, a police spokeswoman said.
